Cheers Bar in Tenerife was taken over by Suzie and Andy, with their son Steve, in December 2005 and since then they have gained an ever increasing following of customers – locals and tourists alike – it was a real family entertainment bar.

Serving home made food from their fantastic menus from 9am until 9.45pm, seven days a week you could choose from just a snack to a full blown 3 course meal – no one was disappointed!

Who can forget those Fish and Chip Fridays or our superb Sunday Lunches.

You could choose to eat inside or on one of the tables in the spacious beer terrace – with table service provided it was easy just to relax and enjoy yourselves.

Entertainment started at around 8.30pm each evening with resident compere, Scotch Eddie who made you feel very welcome, singing and running quizzes throughout the evening … you could even sing a duet with Eddie if you are lucky!

There was a regular schedule of Caberet Artists going on stage at 10.00 pm most nights – they were all fantastic performers … who did you enjoy watching the most?

The music might have had to finish at 11.30 pm but the bar often stayed open long after then!

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond the control of Suzie and the Team this was all brought to a halt in April 2010 when the owner of the premises where Cheers Bar was located got into severe financial difficulties and his Bank refused to allow Suzie to renew the Trespaso (lease).
